- Enter your delivery details: name, email, phone and your Australian (or New Zealand) address. There is no account to create and no password to remember.
- Pay by card on the secure Shopify checkout page that opens in a new tab — you are never redirected to a third-party site.
- Check your inbox: an order confirmation email arrives straight away and doubles as your tax invoice.
- Track your parcel: when your order dispatches you receive tracking, and you can follow it on our order tracking page.
Payment and security
Payment is a single charge in Australian dollars, processed through Shopify's secure checkout — one of the largest payment companies in the world. Your card details travel over an encrypted connection directly into Shopify's checkout; they never touch our servers, and we never see or store your full card number.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay are all accepted. The charge appears on your statement as “PUREBURNER AU”, so you will recognise it instantly. If anything about the charge ever looks wrong, our customer service page explains how to reach us before you call your bank.
After you order
- Immediately — a confirmation email with your order number and receipt.
- Dispatch — orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day leave our Australian warehouse the same day; later orders go the next business day.
- In transit — you receive a tracking link, and can follow the parcel on our tracking page at any time.
- Delivery — about 3–7 business days within Australia, and 5–10 business days to New Zealand.

What if I want a refund?
You have 60 days from delivery to request a refund of the purchase price. Email us, return the bottles (including empties), and we refund you once they arrive.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No. There is no registration and no password. You enter your delivery and payment details once, at checkout, and that is the whole process.
Why do you ask for a phone number?
The courier uses it if there is a delivery problem — an access issue, a safe-drop question or a missed delivery. We do not use it for marketing calls or texts.
Can I send an order to a different address, or as a gift?
Yes. The delivery address you enter is where the parcel goes, and it does not need to match your card's billing address. Parcels are plainly packed, so a gift does not give itself away on the doorstep.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Usually, yes — email support@pureburnerau.com as soon as possible. If the parcel has not been dispatched we can update it. Once it is with the courier, changes are much harder, so contact us quickly.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email support@pureburnerau.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. Damaged-in-transit orders are replaced or refunded — that is your right under Australian Consumer Law as well as our own policy.
