Shipping costs and delivery times

There is no minimum spend for free Australian shipping and no surcharge for a single bottle. The price you see on the bundle is the price you pay at checkout, in Australian dollars, with no handling fee added at the last step. Multi-bottle bundles ship in one parcel, so ordering three or six bottles does not multiply anything — it simply arrives together.

When your order is dispatched

Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are picked, packed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on a weekend or public holiday, are packed on the next business day. In practice this means an order placed on Friday afternoon leaves on Monday, and an order placed on Tuesday morning leaves on Tuesday.

You will receive two emails: an order confirmation immediately after payment, and a dispatch email containing your tracking link once the carrier scans the label. If the second email has not arrived within two business days, check your spam folder first, then email us.

What delivery looks like around Australia

Delivery estimates are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and where you live genuinely changes them. As a rough guide, based on standard tracked post from our Australian dispatch point:

• Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide metro. Usually the fast end of the range — often 3 to 5 business days.
• Perth and Hobart. Typically toward the middle of the range because of the distance from the eastern seaboard.
• Regional Australia. Add a couple of days. Regional WA, the Northern Territory and far-north Queensland are the slowest legs in the network.
• December and early January. Everything stretches. If you need a bottle before Christmas, order in the first week of December rather than the third.

If you are close to running out, the three-bottle bundle removes the timing problem altogether — it is the reason most repeat customers stop ordering single bottles.

Tracking your parcel

Every order ships tracked. The dispatch email includes a link you can open at any time, and the carrier updates it at each scan. Tracking can look static for a day or two while a parcel moves between depots — that is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong. Our track your order page explains what each status means and when to be concerned.

Packaging and discretion

• Plain outer satchel with no product branding on the outside.
• Bottles are sealed and boxed to survive the post.
• Your invoice arrives by email, not in the parcel.
• Nothing on the label describes the contents beyond the sender name and address.

If a bottle arrives with a broken seal or the box is crushed, photograph it before opening anything else and email us. We replace damaged stock and cover the postage.

Wrong address, missed delivery or a missing parcel

Tell us straight away at support@pureburnerau.com. If you spot an address error within a couple of hours of ordering we can usually fix it before dispatch. If tracking has stalled for more than five business days, we will lodge an enquiry with the carrier and, where the parcel cannot be found, resend or refund your order.

• Marked delivered but not there? Check with neighbours and your building mailroom, then email us with your order number. Carriers occasionally scan early.
• Missed delivery card? The parcel will be at your nearest collection point for a limited period. Collect it before the hold expires or it returns to sender.
• Returned to sender? We contact you, confirm the address and resend at no extra cost the first time.

New Zealand orders

We ship to New Zealand for a flat $9.95, typically arriving in 5–10 business days once dispatched. Prices and shipping are charged in Australian dollars, so your bank applies its own conversion rate on the day. Rural New Zealand addresses can add a couple of days. Do you ship outside Australia and New Zealand?

Not at the moment. Australia and New Zealand only, so we can keep delivery fast and stand behind the 60-day guarantee without customs complications.
