Prices for New Zealand orders

Bundles are charged in Australian dollars, the same as for Australian customers:

There is no separate New Zealand price list — the AUD figures above are the fixed prices. Your card issuer converts the total to New Zealand dollars at its own exchange rate on the day of the charge, and some banks add a small foreign-transaction fee on top. That is why the NZD figure on your statement can differ slightly from what an online currency converter shows: converters use the mid-market rate, while your bank uses its own.

How to order from New Zealand

• Choose your bundle on the home page — one, three or six bottles.
• Enter your New Zealand delivery address and select New Zealand as the country at checkout.
• See the full total before paying — the flat $9.95 AUD shipping charge is added to the total on screen, never afterwards.
• Pay in AUD through the secure Shopify checkout — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay are all accepted.
• Check your inbox for the confirmation email, then follow your parcel with the tracking link sent when it dispatches.

Shipping to New Zealand

• Flat $9.95 AUD, whichever bundle you choose.
• Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched from our Australian warehouse the same day; later orders go the next business day.
• Delivery typically 5–10 business days from dispatch, by tracked international post.
• Rural and South Island addresses can sit at the longer end of that window — the tracking link shows the parcel's actual progress.

Customs and duties

Personal-quantity supplement orders into New Zealand are usually delivered without extra charges, but customs rules are set by New Zealand authorities and can change. Any duty or GST charged on entry is the customer's responsibility — it is not something we can see, charge or refund at our end.

If your order is time-sensitive or you want certainty before buying, check the current import thresholds with the New Zealand Customs Service first. And if a parcel ever is held, Customs will contact you directly using the details on the parcel — email us and we will help you through it.

Guarantee and returns from New Zealand

The same 60-day money-back guarantee applies to New Zealand orders, starting the day your parcel arrives. If you decide PureBurner is not for you:

• Email support@pureburnerau.com with your order number to start the return — do this before posting anything.
• Send the bottles back to Australia (empties included). Return postage is at your cost.
• Once the return arrives, we refund the purchase price in AUD to your original card. Your bank converts it back to NZD at its own rate, so the refunded NZD amount can differ slightly from what you originally paid.

Email support@pureburnerau.com — it is the same team Australian customers reach. We answer Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST, which runs one to three hours behind New Zealand time depending on daylight saving, so an email sent in your morning usually reaches us the same morning our time.
