Where to buy PureBurner in Australia

Why it is not on a pharmacy shelf

Retail distribution adds two layers of margin — the distributor and the retailer — before a bottle reaches you. For a product taken daily over months, that difference is the gap between a bottle you keep buying and one you quietly stop. Selling direct also means we control storage conditions, batch rotation and the refund process, rather than hoping a third party handles them the way we would.

It has a practical consequence too: if something goes wrong with your order, there is one team to contact — support@pureburnerau.com — and no argument about whose responsibility it is.

Channels people search for, and the honest answer for each

• Chemist Warehouse, Priceline, TerryWhite, Amcal: not stocked. A pharmacy assistant will not be able to order it in for you either.
• Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, IGA: not stocked. PureBurner is not a grocery line.
• Amazon AU: we run no Amazon storefront. Listings using the name are third-party sellers with stock we cannot trace.
• eBay, Catch, Kogan, MyDeal: same position — not us, not covered by our guarantee.
• Social selling (TikTok Shop, Instagram DMs, Facebook Marketplace): the highest-risk channel of the lot, and a common home for counterfeits.
• Gym, clinic or reseller in person: not an authorised channel; we have no wholesale program.

How to tell a genuine order page from a copycat

• The address bar reads pureburnerau.com — check the spelling character by character.
• Prices are shown in AUD and the total at checkout matches the bundle price.
• Payment is processed through Shopify's secure checkout, with card details entered on the Shopify checkout page.
• There is a named seller, a refund policy with a stated window, and a working support email — not a contact form that goes nowhere.
• There are no countdown timers that reset when you reload, no "3 bottles left" counters and no celebrity endorsement claims.

What buying elsewhere actually risks

With a marketplace listing you cannot see how the stock was stored, how close it is to expiry, or whether the capsules inside match the label. If the product is wrong, the marketplace refund process treats it as a generic dispute, and our guarantee cannot apply to a purchase we have no record of. The saving, if any, rarely survives one bad parcel.

Buying from New Zealand

New Zealand customers order from this same store. Pricing stays in AUD, shipping is a flat $9.95 AUD, and delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. There is no separate NZ retailer.
