Terms of sale

1. Orders

Submitting the checkout form is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order — for example if stock has run out or we cannot verify the payment — and if we do, you are refunded in full.

2. Pricing

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Shipping within Australia is free. New Zealand shipping is charged at checkout.
• The price shown at checkout is the total charged. There are no additional fees.
• Every order is a one-off purchase. There is no subscription and no automatic rebill.

3. Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Your card details are entered directly with Shopify and are never stored by us. Your statement will show a descriptor identifying this store.

4. Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched from Australia, usually within one business day. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Refunds

Our 60-day money-back guarantee and returns process are set out on the returns and refunds page and form part of these terms.

6. Product use

PureBurner is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Consult a health professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, taking medication or managing a medical condition.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the goods or refunding the price paid.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
