How we write, check and update this site

Who writes this content

Pages on pureburnerau.com are written and maintained by the PureBurner Australia customer team — the same people who answer support@pureburnerau.com and handle refunds. We are not doctors, dietitians or pharmacists, and we do not present ourselves as any of those things. Where a question needs clinical judgement, we say so and point you to a health professional.

What we will not publish

• Invented customer reviews, ratings, star markup or before-and-after photos.
• Doctor, celebrity, television or media endorsements we cannot evidence.
• Specific weight-loss numbers or timeframes presented as what you will achieve.
• Claims that PureBurner treats, prevents or cures any medical condition.
• Countdown timers, fake stock counters or "offer expires" pressure that resets on reload.
• Comparisons that misrepresent another product to make ours look better.

Supplements sold in Australia are regulated as foods or listed medicines, and the claims a seller may lawfully make are narrow. When we are unsure whether a statement is defensible, we leave it out.

How we handle facts and sources

• Product facts — ingredients, serve size, capsule count — come from the label itself.
• Pricing, shipping and refund statements are written from our own operational policy and are kept identical to what checkout charges you.
• General nutrition and regulatory background is written in plain terms and deliberately conservative; where evidence is weak or mixed, we say it is weak or mixed.
• If we cannot verify something, we omit it rather than hedge it into a claim that reads as fact.

Review schedule

Every page carries a "last reviewed" date. We re-read product, price, shipping, refund and ingredient pages whenever any of those details change, and we review the guide pages at least twice a year. A review that changes nothing still updates the date, so the date tells you when a human last looked, not when a word last changed.

Corrections

If you find something inaccurate, out of date or misleading anywhere on this site, email support@pureburnerau.com. We correct genuine errors, note the change on the page where it matters, and we do not quietly delete criticism.

Commercial disclosure

This site exists to sell PureBurner. We earn money when you order, we do not run affiliate links to competing products, and no third party pays for placement or a favourable mention here. Our guides frequently tell you what to be sceptical of in this category — including the tactics used by sellers who compete with us.
